  Friday afternoon I watched a person handle my cash and then go back to handling food without washing his hands. He also carried my cheese cake in his bare hand from out back. The whole experience was lousy. I'll never go back.

  Called & asked for a donair pizza. He asked for phone number address & buzzer code to get into the building. Guy came with a donair instead of a donair pizza so called back & guy argued with me continuously saying I didn't talk properly & saying that I asked for a donate... If you couldn't understand or hear me why wouldn't you ask me to repeat myself? He never said my order back to me so I thought he understood. I then called back after the brought me the wrong order & I asked them to bring a donair pizza & he told me no & that he wasn't delivering anything to me.. First time ordering from here & now know it's the worst.

  Ordered from here Saturday night, gave them are address buzzer # to get in the apartment building and are phone number, 40 minutes after ordering I noticed a missed call private number on my phone, (wasn't watching phone as I gave them the code to get into building) with no message left or another call I continued waiting for order, a hour and a half after making order and no food I called back asking if there was a issue with my order, they said no it was on its way, well waited another 40 min and still no one showed up, so ordered from Roberts and had my food in 40 minutes. So last time I try ordering from Alexandra's. Very very unprofessional.

  Just ordered a pizza. Was one of the only places I could find open on new years. Great service and delicious. Thank you Alexandra's :)
