  Horrible got my order wrong pizza was cold and burnt and heard cursing when I called into complain from staff very unprofessional don't have to worry about me ordering from there again

  Ordered food and I didn't get a confirmation email for over an hour, had to call in just for them to start my order. It's a shame too, I order from them a lot and recently they've just gotten worse and worse with their online orders

  extremely Late delivery. They said 45mins and the food came 1 hour later.
  So I waiting 1 hour and 45mins. And when I got my food it was cold and the donair was gross.. normally they are good but they were bad this time. If they would have notified me of the time wait, keep food warm and keep me updated it would have helped.

  When I go there im always get a hug from charlie and my pizza or what ever I get is always the way I like it..I have never had any problems with there good or service!
