  When your freezing inside the shop and you asked them to turn off the AC and they wont.
  
  They have in the past. So you sit here freezing.

  Its June.. i get that. But it is 8 degrees outside. Why is the AC on Max. I camt work on projects my fingers are freezing.
  
  I have this place a few tries. I am gonna stick to another SB location.

  I've been to Starbucks franchises across Canada and quite frankly, this is the worst one- not their service but the contemporary design. The service is great. It is not a space you'd want to go study or play a game of Cards of Humanity, there is not enough room. The wall plug ins are a pain to reach, you literally have to be on the floor to locate them and the seats are not comfortable.

  The staff was exceptional. Very friendly. Encouraged me to try other great things in the menu- especially the new ones. They engage in small casual talk and try to get know their customers.
