  They charge an extra 1$ to put bacon on your panini and whether or not the store is busy 75% of the time forget it. They also never cut the panini in half although that's procedure. Today they also forgot to include straws when I ordered ice caps.
  
  Update: Today after asking at the intercom to make sure there was bacon on it, I finally did get bacon! But nothing else. It was barely grilled and the cheese was cold, and they weren't even busy.
  
  It's not that hard to make a sandwich...
